Mimi Thorisson's Very French Thanksgiving-Esque Menu

by:
November  1, 2016

Mimi Thorisson may not hold a "traditional" Thanksgiving supper: She grew up between Hong Kong, Paris, and the south of France, and currently lives in a château in the French countryside (read more about her latest book, French Country Cooking, here). Still, in browsing Mimi's cookbooks and her website, it seems that every meal is a Thanksgiving-esque celebration of family and feasting.

So we asked Mimi to use our Thanksgiving Menu Genie anyway! Even from France. Even if she cooks meal on the scale of Thanksgiving meals any given night.

See what's on her table for Thanksgiving Thursday night. It's très French, très chic, and feasible enough that, too, could serve it on Thanksgiving (or the next time you've invested in a bottle of French red).
