Thank You Samin! Very good video, I love the way you explained everything. I have been an old fashioned cook for all my life 55+ years but I never knew about the Kosker salt even though I have been using it for years, 20+! Thank You again!! Keep it up girl!

Samin is a culinary genius. As she said at her demo, what she is doing is well known in professional kitchens, but her ability to break it down for the rest of us is amazing.
