I'll try the frittata, and I'm a new tester.

Testing is really fun - enjoy - and this recipe would have been a pick of mine except we are off on vacation...

Thanks, TiggyBee, but you should test this. I didn't notice you had called this first. Just got back from a week of being away from the internet.

Just wanted to say congratulations to all and thank you to the editors. I have not been a tester yet, and would make this my first go if I weren't going out of town like so many of us. Hopefully those who aren't trying to beat the heat with a vacation will enjoy the heat of chili peppers while they test. Congrats, again, and thanks!

Congrats to all finalists, EPs and EPCs. Thanks to the editors (especially Francesca Gilberti) for testing my pepper & corn salsa. I am definitely a bit of a testing hog, so I will refrain until tomorrow to give others a chance.

My sons and I will make and test Pancetta Slaw with Chili-Lime Vinaigrette. I can't eat chilies, but they comment and contribute to all of my other EP reviews, as does Mr. T, so there's no reason not to do so here. Plus, this is the type of dish that I know they'll enjoy, and it's easily adapted for me, as well. Thanks so much. ;o)
