20 Cannabis Edibles That Are Truly, Actually Delicious

If you hear the phrase “weed edible” and flinch, you’re not alone. My experience with THC-laced edibles, before the last year or so, was largely confined to eating a single, foul-tasting brownie at Bonnaroo and then becoming so uncomfortably high that I had to hide out in a tent for a while to contemplate the color blue, and also every bad thing I had ever done. I know I’m not the only one with a story like that. Homemade edibles can be delicious and gentle, but they can also be bitter, dosed in completely inexplicable ways, and generally a pretty serious gamble with your Saturday night.

But great news: With the increasing legalization of cannabis in the United States, edibles laced with THC and CBD as well as other cannabinoids are much more widely available, and much, much more delicious. Thanks to the innovation of many cannabis entrepreneurs, edibles are now, yes, actually good, come in many different forms, and crucially, are much more precisely dosed. That means that if cannabis edibles are of interest to you, calibrating to find the dose that you’re looking for is easier than ever. Cannabis-laced food and drink is a robust and ever-evolving scene, and it's only getting more diverse and interesting. Here, a round-up of some of the most delicious cannabis edibles we’ve found.

1. Mindy's Gummies

The flavor combinations for Mindy’s gummies are from James Beard-winning chef Mindy Segal, so it's no surprise that they’re delicious. But they really, really are—the flavors include clementine, key lime kiwi, black cherry, white grapefruit, and melon. They come in two doses: 2 mg of THC and 5 mg of THC, so you can determine what level of infusion makes sense for you. Each gummy also has a one to one match of CBD. They’re good enough that you might feel a little mad to only have one at a time. I recommend having a standby bag of regular gummy worms to supplement just in case.

2. Garden Society's Wine Country Gummies

If you love the flavor of wine, these are the edibles for you. Garden Society is based in Sonoma County, CA, a woman-owned company devoted to making cannabis products for the canna-curious. They sell pre-rolls and chocolates as well, but I really love their Wine Country Gummies, which focus the flavor of grape varietals into the candy: Peach Prosecco, Strawberry Rosé, and Pinot Noir. What’s particularly nice is the range of doses in the line. The Rosé gummies are just 1 mg of THC each, which is perfect for someone who wants to figure out their dosage without getting walloped.

3. Incredibles Edibles Gummies

When you want straight-up candy flavor with no complications or bitter aftertaste, then keep an eye out for Incredibles. They have a range of gummies in sweet-but-not-too-sweet fruit flavors like peach, watermelon, and green apple. Many of these come in slightly higher dosages, about 10 mg of THC per gummy, often matched with CBD. My favorite of the line is the Snoozeberry flavor, which is infused with both THC and CBN, intended to help with a good night’s sleep.

4. Do Drops Edibles Gummies

If you want a lower-dose gummy than the typical 5 mg or 10 mg package, Do Drops are the way to go. They look and taste like colorful gumdrops—and come in 5 colors and flavors, including blue raspberry and green apple—and each drop is 2.5 mg of THC. They’re incredibly approachable and mild, guaranteeing that if you’re a cannabis beginner, you can start slow and ramp up if you want to.

5. Kiva Confections Camino Gummies

If you’re looking for something a little more sophisticated and less Jolly Rancher-like, Camino gummies are a good place to steer. The flavor combinations are inventive, like Yuzu Lemon, Sparkling Pear, and Pineapple Habanero. They’re complexly flavored, tempering the sweetness with a bit of tang or spiciness. Cloud 11 makes, bar none, the most beautiful edibles I have ever seen. They look—and taste—like artisanal chocolate truffles. They come in salted peanut, strawberry peppercorn, and black sesame and yuzu flavors, and the packaging looks like the best present under the Christmas tree. At 4 mg of THC each, they’re a great edible gift for the cannabis-curious, or something to set out on a fancy plate during a tea party.

8. Kiva Chocolate Bars

Chocolate is one of the go-to methods for making cannabis edibles, but if you’re a chocolate lover, it can be a bummer to get a bite of weed chocolate that tastes astringent. Kiva is a company that takes the chocolate part as seriously as the cannabis part, which means that their bars are balanced in flavor. Aside from dark and milk chocolate, Kiva also makes a churro milk chocolate and toffee crunch dark chocolate bar. The bars come in at 100 mg of THC per bar (or 5 mg per square) with varying amounts of CBD added in as well.

9. Incredibles Edibles Chocolate Bars

If you love chocolate but you’re interested in less traditional flavors, Incredibles also makes some really fun and delicious THC-infused chocolate bars. There’s Cookies & Cream, S’Mores, Strawberry Crunch, Mint, and even a limited edition “Monkey” bar with walnuts, banana, and coconut. The packaging is fun and poppy, and I haven’t met a flavor that I didn’t like. Each square of chocolate is 10 mg, but you can, of course, cut those in half to reduce the dosage.

10. Cann Cannabis-Infused Social Tonics

Cannabis-infused seltzers are typically low dose drinks that are meant to be session-able—like beer or wine, you can have a few socially without overdoing it. Cann is a “social tonic” that’s dosed at 2 mg of THC and 4 mg CBD per can, which makes it approachable. And most importantly, the flavors are really, really good: Lemon Lavender, Blood Orange Cardamom, and, my personal favorite, Grapefruit Rosemary. They’re gently effervescent and just slightly sweet. Cann even makes an unspiked version for those who like the flavor enough to want more, but don’t particularly want more THC.

11. Klaus

For those who love a cocktail, Klaus offers THC-infused sparkling drinks that mimic classic cocktails but with a cannabis twist, like their Mezzrole, which starts off sour and ends sweet. The drinks trend less sweet than other options, and pack in 10 mg of THC per can, which means it's more like the vodka-and-soda rather than the hard seltzer version of the cannabis world.

12. Green Monke

These British-born cans lean more soda than seltzer, and have twice as much CBD as THC per can. Flavors include tropical citrus, mango guava, and orange passionfruit.

13. Wunder’s Cannabis-Infused Sparkling Beverages

Wunder’s dosage comes in two forms: a sessionable seltzer, which has 2 mg of Delta-9 THC (the kind typically found in edibles), 2 mg of Delta-8 THC, and 4 mg of CBD; and a higher-dozed can, which has 10 mg of Delta-9 and 10 mg of Delta-8. Sessionable seltzers come in Lemon Ginger, Blood Orange Bitters, and Blackberry Lemon, slightly sweeter than Cann but still very light and lovely—like the THC version of my personal favorite seltzer, Spindrift. The higher dosed cans add a Watermelon Basil and a Grapefruit Hibiscus flavor to the line-up.

14. Wynk THC & Seltzer

The flavors in Wynk’s lineup are simple, but done well: Black Cherry, Lime, and Mango. Each can has 2.5 mg of THC and 2.5 mg of CBD, putting them in a comfortably sessionable space.

15. Herbacée Infused Sparkling Wine

A non-alcoholic sparkling wine infused with cannabis, Herbacée is a good option for people who want the taste of wine but with a decidedly different buzz. It comes in cans like the seltzers, but with a slightly higher dose of 5 mg of THC per can. It also comes in a wine bottle for sharing, if that’s your vibe. Right now Herbacée only has a rosé wine, but a sparkling white is launching this year, too.

16. Mr. Moxey's Mints

If gummies aren’t your thing, there are an array of mints out there instead. Mr. Moxey’s are widely available and come in different dosage and flavor combinations, like peppermint, spearmint, and cinnamon. Some have CBD, others don’t, and they come in both 1 mg of THC for a very light dose and 5 mg for a more serious one.

Hard candies are another edibles route that have been gaining in popularity, and Beboe’s pastilles are an excellent way to get into those. The fruit flavors include Black Cherry-Rose, Blueberry-Lavender, and a tart Apple-Elderberry combination, and they all come in attractive little tins.
