What a lovely time that was! I remember, great people and their best-potluck-food-I've-ever-tasted dinner! Nice to see you all again, if only in a photo! It's been a joy to watch Food52 blossom even more since then.

Eva and I had such a wonderful time at the Metro pot luck. Gorgeous food, but most importantly the greatest people! It was a thrill to meet the NY F52ers.

Many apologies DC area people! I have just sent info and photos to the editors to see if they can add it in. We had a great celebration in November, with about 20 people attending! I've been very very remiss.

I also have to give a shout-out to TasteFood who hosted a wonderful lunch in her gorgeous home in the SF Bay Area! I loved meeting some other CA Food52ers and our special guests from NY. So fun, and what a spread. It was like "potluck" on steroids ;)

They all look so fun! I am sad that NannyDeb's photos didn't make it - I know she tried to email them and got a mail demon - the Texas party was really fun too!!! We had a couple empty wine bottles :-)

All these events look wonderful! We had so much fun we forgot about taking the photo until everyone was leaving - hence the empty bottles of wine...and don't you worry, there were several more! ;)

I want to indulge myself in one more comment about this party. That my friend Susan's gift to all of us is her joy of cooking and sharing with us, what she created in both food, and her home was all part of the perfect recipe.

I have many wonderful memories of the Food52 cookbook party celebration. The mix of great food, interesting people, all sharing the joy of cooking and eating was perfect. Much appreciation to the hosts Susan G. and Jay. Here's to the next one!!!

Thanks for the chance to host an Unforgettable event, Food52.. & yes, I completely second the sentiments about A J getting to see the real face of the mysterious Pierino

Think of pierino as the Dark Knight of Food52, living in a bat cave in California. We have to remain masked in case Rachael Ray aka the Joker comes to town along with Guy Fieri the Riddler. The riddle is why does Guy Fieri always have his sunglasses on backwards?

We had a great time at our potluck, and recruited at least one new member. I really hope we get a chance to do it again for book 2! Thanks and congratulations to food52.

Such a great, great evening at BlueKaleRoad's home! These potlucks were the best. More is better! CookinginVictoria took the ferry to Seattle from Vancouver Island carrying her wonderful dish. How cool is that?

Thank you, FOOD52, and thank you again, sdebrango, for hosting such a great party! It was such fun meeting Bevi, Bevi's daughter, wssmom, Anitaelectric, singing_baker, eatart, and how to eat n' drink, and I hope we can all get together again this year. And I'm so jealous that AntoniaJames and her crew got to meet and see the real face of pierino.
See what other Food52 readers are saying.
