A question about a recipe: Zucchini-Currant Scones
I have a question about the ingredient "grated zucchini, frozen in a single layer (I use the food processor with the grating disk - less wet than hand grater)" on the recipe "Zucchini-Currant Scones" from mrslarkin. I would like to sub carrots fo zucchini, can I skip freezing since they are not as watery?
