A boned leg of lamb, marinated in olive oil, lots of garlic, lemon, rosemary, s&p, cooked outdoors on the grill.
Also, a pork loin, roasted with garlic, fennel seeds and rosemary (a little white wine in the pan for basting,) with a glaze of lemon or orange marmalade and dijon mustard.
Best of all - simple roast potatoes with rosemary (olive oil, s&p, pinch of cayenne, maybe some smoked paprika)

You've got to try Ms.T's Pine Nut Brittle with Rosemary. It 's by far the best brittle I've ever tasted!

my three favorite ways to use rosemary:
1) chopped up with toasted almonds or cashews and spices. Ina Garten's recipe for Rosemary Roasted Cashews is my go-to.
2) on pork chops. sear the chops in the pan and then add in browned mushrooms, cream and rosemary and reduce. (granted, you could use cream of mushroom soup...the rosemary will make it all the better)
3) the Boozy Watermelon Rosemary Lemonade from food52. i cannot begin to tell you how many pitchers of this my family went through this summer...the rosemary syrup is OUT OF THIS WORLD. you will not regret making this recipe. if you really want to cut down the cooking time, you can buy precut watermelon

Oh....Joanne Chang has an AMAZING recipe for rosemary shortbread cookies. They're out of this world. She's got them listed in her book "Flour". Anytime I've made them people beg for the recipe!

If you have long pieces, use them as skewers! Just remove most of the rosemary (you can save it for another recipe) and push small pieces of fish or meat onto the stem. I love swordfish grilled on these skewers.

Lemon rosemary grilled chicken. Marinate the chicken in olive oil, fresh rosemary, salt, pepper and fresh lemon juice for a half hour. Grill and enjoy!

This is a great recipe for the holidays...a contest winner and very festive!
The main ingredient isn't rosemary, but it uses the rosemary in a fun way.
