A question about a recipe: Tuna Burgers with Wasabi Ginger Mayo

I'm planning to make Merrill's Tuna Burgers when we have company next week. What roll (or other adaptable brioche/challah) recipe on FOOD52 would you use to make rolls on which to serve these burgers? Any side dish ideas? Dessert ideas? Thanks so much, everyone. ;o)

Thanks, bella s.f. Great idea to make an Asian slaw! I have a recipe for Shiso and Apple Slaw that I may use . . . perhaps adding just a drop or two of sesame oil and a bit of grated fresh ginger! ;o)

An Asian style slaw would go nicely with the burgers. I make a few different tuna burgers and never eat them on bread. I really like showcasing the burger. I like the idea of a refreshing sorbet/gelato for dessert with, perhaps a spicy gingersnap to dig into it with.
