I have a boneless dark meat turkey roast (4.5 lbs) how long does it need in the oven? What temp?

Approximately 20 minutes per pound at 350 degrees -- it's best to use an instant read thermometer to determine doneness. It's ready when the internal temp in the thickest part of the roast reaches 160 degrees F.
