Roasting a Turkey breast and thigh/drumstick - need tips for flavor and coordinating so both are done

We don’t need a full Turkey, but want both white and dark meat - need the best approach to roasting a breast and drumstick/thigh together.

Hi Shanna -- you can roast them in the same pan. They'll cook at different rates, and the breast will likely be done first, so just keep checking the internal temp, and remove the pieces as they reach the right internal temp. Tent the pieces that are done and they'll stay warm. One thing I like to do is warm the platter that I'm serving the turkey on so it keeps the meat warm for serving.
