sweet potato recipe

I'm looking for a good savory, mashed sweet potato recipe or a stuffed sweet potato recipe. Was thinking of doing something with rosemary, topped with frizzled onions, and served with creme fraiche, but I'm open to suggestions, and, since it's for company, wouldn't mind having a base recipe to use as a starting point for measurements.
