My favorite way is to wash it, pat dry, prick a few times with a fork and bake. 375F for 46 minutes to an hour. depends on the size. squeeze it and if it gives it is done. Or insert a thin knife and it should slide in eaisly. Split and top with butter, salt and pepper. Or Thai Sweet Chile sauce is a suprisingly delicious topper.
