Bakerella is great. But...if you want to start with something similar to cake pops, but even easier, Oreo truffles are good. One bag Oreos, finely chopped (food processor) and one block cream cheese. Mix well and form balls. Dip end of lollipop stick in melted chocolate and insert in ball. Dip ball in melted chocolate. Refrigerate any time it seems like the dough is too soft to work with.
