An after thought...be sure you have fresh baking powder. Check the exp date on the can, and test it by seeing if it foams in a glass of water.

You can make a passable quick pizza dough with baking powder.

Barely passable. I do use chemical leveners from time to time but you really can't make a true pizza without yeast.

You can't else you just have a flat bread crust.
