I need buttermilk quickly for fried chicken. I have 2% cultured buttermilk. Can I use that somehow or should I use whole milk and lemon trick

I want a thick buttermilk consistency. Please help. Thx in advance.

I'd use your 2%. cultured. Buttermilk is only ever 1 or 2%,
