How to make White chocolate truffles??

This is a simple recipe that I used this past holiday season, just simply use white chocolate in place of semi-sweet chocolate and as an option you can replace the salt with about a 1/2 cup powdered sugar (roll them in powered sugar) and you'll be in business!
