Does the water need to be any particular temperature?

I have a question about the recipe "Jim Lahey's No-Knead Pizza Dough" from Genius Recipes.

As long as its not boiling, which will kill the yeast bacteria, any temperature is okay. Ideally, 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit is perfect. If the water is ice cold, it will still work, but will definitely take much longer to ferment.
