I have a question about the recipe "Pink Bolognese" from Veronica. i added the stock and have simmered for well over 30 minutes. It is still like soup, not simmering off. Thoughts?

You're still going to have a lot of swimmering time in the next steps. Proceed with them and don't worry until the end. Then you can add more time or heat.
