Can Alice Medrich's coconut macaroons be made ahead and frozen?
I've not done so, but believe they will do okay in the freezer based on freezing similar cookies. You may want to toast them lightly in the oven after they're thawed to crisp them up a bit.

All the macaroons I've dealt with freeze beautifully. They're even pretty good still-mostly-frozen with a nice custardy texture.
Martha Stewart's coconut macaroon recipe freezes beautifully- I make a bunch then take them out of the freezer as needed. Dangerous!
