A question about a recipe: Rum Apple Cake

I have a question about the ingredient "juice of one lemon" on the recipe "Rum Apple Cake" from colombedujour. I have a Meyer lemon tree with HUGE lemons on it. One of these monsters can yield close to a half-cup of juice! Can you be a little more specific about the amount of lemon juice for this recipe? Thanks!

Probably half of that will do. You are just using the lemon juice to prevent the apple slice from oxidizing (turning brown) after you slice them.
