How long should I bake the tart shell (refrigerated from Wholefoods) before pouring the filling into it?

I generally blind bake a pie/tart shell for about 25 minutes with the foil and weights in to let it set, then another 5 to 10 minutes without the foil and weights so it browns slightly.
I usually only bake this shell for about 10 minutes...just enough to give it a head start on the filling. Merrill and Amanda skipped the blind baking step and it turned out fine.
