What should I make?

I have bone in pork chops and four leeks in the fridge. Any ideas?

Suzanne Goin's braised leeks are dynamite. You could devil those pork chops and bake them atop the leeks. I'd come to dinner at your house for that! ;)

You could do a variation on this! http://www.food52.com/recipes/819_paprika_pork_chop

Or you could braise the leeks separately, in stock/water/wine, and dot with butter.
