I made "Oaxacan Cinnamon Chocolate Macaroons" from robinbeth, without cinnamon.
and made a bit too much ganache...
what can I do with it? say, half a cup of leftover.
You might try spreading the ganache between layers of a cake!
Spread it on graham crackers for an indulgent snack.
Put it on vanilla or coffee ice cream!
