I have a question about the recipe "Mango Semifreddo with Salted Pistachios" from Shri. From the photo it looks like the "mango pulp" is pureed before adding to the cream, is this correct?

That is correct. If you have sweet mangoes, I will definitely go for it but I made this recipe multiple times - With good and the sour Mangoes and the canned pulp. This time, I bought the mangoes in Indian stores and I was happy. If you cannot buy the smaller and juicier ones, you can buy the Pulp that you get in cans! I never went wrong with the Pulp, honestly!
