I need some ideas of how to prepare this turkey breast tenderloin sitting in my fridge! I've got 24 ounces so it would be nice to make something that will be good for leftovers tomorrow..

I was thinking that a nice brining and then an oven roast would work well, and looked up this Food52 recipe from Dymnyno. Looks like it would easily adapt to your turkey breast. http://food52.com/recipes...
