Just made meringues for Pavlovas but not serving until tomorrow night when it will be rainy. How do I store overnight & then transport? Airt

We used to store the cooked shell in the oven (if you don't need it for anything else tonight.). For transport the safest way is to bring your components separately then assemble them on site.

I'd store them in an airtight container, and then re-crisp them tomorrow in a low oven, leaving enough time for them to cool before serving.
