Alternative uses for pepperoncini?

Howdy.  I'm growing some pepperoncinis right now and was wondering if you knew of any uses for them BESIDES pickling them.

I think you can use them to make Lecso, Hungarian stew of tomatoes, peppers &amp;amp; paprika.

I use dried pepperoncini all the time, especially for all my Roman style  dishes like bucatini all' amtriciana. No reason that you can't use them fresh once they get to that ripe red stage.
