I have a question about step 3 on the recipe "Absurdly Addictive Asparagus" from kaykay. It says:
"Add garlic, lemon and orange zest, toasted pine nuts and parsley and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant. Season to taste with freshly ground pepper and salt and serve immediately.
" can this dish be served room temp? i'd like to make it for a dinner party but not be cooking while guests are here
