A question about a recipe: Peach Tart

Adding rhubarb to Amanda's peach tart. Suggestions on ratios of rhubarb, sugar and peaches to achieve perfect crust??

How about 50:50. I might toss the rhubarb in sugar beforehand to let it juice a little before adding to the tart.
