All oils have roughly about 120 cal. & 16 grams fat per tbs. except for coconut oil which has 120 cal, 14g fat and 13g saturated fat. I usually go for grape seed oil or canola oil.
That is in the eye of the beholder. Use a poly unsaturated cold pressed organic oil for the health benefits.
