Roast them in the oven at 375 till done, likely 30 minutes my best guess, but check earlier.
They are also delicious on the grill. Remove stems and scrape out the brown gills; brush both sides of mushrooms with olive oil, and place side to be stuffed face down on grill for 4-5 minutes. Remove and stuff. Place mushrooms back on grill, stuffing side up. Grill, covered, for about 5 more minutes.
