I have leftover half and half that will spoil if I don't use it. Can I freeze it and if so, will it behave a little differently after it's thawed?

It will look curdled when you thaw it, so freezing isn't ideal. Could you add it to a soup that would freeze better? Like this one: http://www.food52.com/recipes...
