A question about a recipe: Soft and Chewy Sugar Cookies

I have a question about step 4 on the recipe "Soft and Chewy Sugar Cookies" from Savour. It says:

"Add flour, cornstarch, soda and salt, stir until the flour is entirely incorporated." there is no corn starch mentioned in the ingredient list
