I have a question about the recipe "Pulled Pork with Sweet and Hard Cider" from WinnieAb. how many days in advance can this be prepared?

I haven't made this particular recipe, but I regularly make pulled pork (Steve Reichlen's recipe) 3-4 days in advance of parties. Reheat in a low oven covered and the results are always great.
As a general rule, cooked dishes should be used within 4 days and reheated to 165F. Pulled pork freezes perfectly so that's another option.
Fun to say, delicious to eat.
