I have read a turkey can prepared in advance, sliced and covered in broth an refrigerated. You then reheat it in the oven before serving.

Has anyone done this and if so at what temperature do you reheat it in the oven. I would like to do as many dishes in advance as possible so to enjoy the day and prevent always being totally involved in the

Sounds like turkey soup to me. Four words: Lack of crispy skin.
