The best way to emulate stuffing moistness with leftover dressing oven baked in casserole dish?

I just add some broth, chicken or turkey cover and bake. it is moist especially if you bake covered. I like the top crisped a little so after baking covered I uncover and bake for another 20 or so minutes.
