how do you make quick chips?
Do you mean, as in french fries? or potato chips?
i'm pretty sure potato chips....over the pond they call them crisps....Very thinly slice potatos and submerge in oil that is about 325-350 F (about 160-175 C) and fry until crisp....drain and sprinkle with salt or other seasonings.
I'm thinking she means fries.
in scotland you call:
crisps - potato chips
chips - fries
