i am going to the thanksgiving day parade and will be leaving my house at 4am i have a 23lb turkey and want to know if i could put it on a low temp at 4 am. we are usually home by 12. is this possible

Put it on about 350 degrees and a 23 pound turkey unstuffed should take about 4 to 4.5 hours to cook. If you are stuffing it then it will take about 5 to 6 hours. Just make sure you do not have anything around the oven that would be a fire hazard.
