Dor a button or cremini mushroom - 1/4" slices; olive oil in saute pan on med. high heat. Place mushrooms in the pan but on't crowd them. Don't move the mushrooms for 5 mins then shake the pan or flip them with a spatula. Saute until golden brown - another 2-3 min.
