I am making a dish with green beans topped with chanterelles and cipollini for Thanksgiving. Can I make the chanterelle mixture now and freeze? That involves sautéing the mushrooms in olive oil, caramelizing the cipollini, sautéing shallots and thyme and adding it all together with some broth to make a sauce. Thank you for your help!
