I'm looking to make a vegan African peanut stew with yams. Just wondering if anyone has a great recipe or suggestions as to what type of bread or side to serve with it?

My peanut stew recipe is vegan if you use vegan peanut butter. It calls for squash, but you could easily substitute yams: http://food52.com/recipes...
