I have a question about the recipe "Cast Iron Chicken Thighs" from James Durazzo. step 3 references garlic cloves but they are not listed in the ingredients. any idea re: quantity, etc.?
Looking at the photo I counted 6 that were visible, you could ad lib and if you like garlic add 6 or more, if you are not that fond of it add a little less, Maybe Mr. Durazzo will see this and chime in but I think you would be fairly safe with approximately 5- 6 cloves.
