Please don't do a straight substitution in a recipe designed with gelatin. Use a recipe that designed to use pectin. Here's a good one, http://www.coconutandlime...

I've also read that agar-agar is a better sub for gelatin

I tried the agar and it didn't set... Probably needed more agar. Just trying pectin since we had it on hand. The great gummy candy experiment continues. Thank u!!
