I want to make mini biscuits for a party, to be served with homemade jam or pimiento cheese. Worried about not serving immediately ?!

It will be a few hours before they get to the guests. Should I make scones instead!

I love making and serving mini biscuits, and have always found it absolutely fine to let them sit on a rack for a couple of hours and then just serve them at room temperature.
