How do I replace yeast in baking?

I am a great fan of gluten free,dairy free and lactose free products. I want to try a version with yeast substitute.any suggestions ?

Glutin deals with flours not yeast.

You don't. Choose recipes that don't require yeast.

quick breads use baking powder and baking soda for leavening in place of yeast. There are a lot of recipes for gluten free bread on this site--you could comb through and see if you can find what you're looking for: http://food52.com/recipes/search?q=bread&cat=gluten-free
