Scandilicious Baking by Signe Johansen is also a great contemporary book

Beatrice Ojakangas's book is really good.

"Swedish Cakes and cookies" by Melody Favish
"Swedish Breads and Pastries" by Jan Hedh
There is also "Scandinavian Classic Baking" by Pat Sinclair
and "The Great Scandinavian Baking Book" by Beatrice Ojakangas.
