Im making tacos tonight - can I fry the tortillas now and still have them be crunchy at 8pm?

You must be making crunchy tortillas not real authentic but ok you got to do those at the last minute before serving keep them warm in low tempature oven like a 250 degree ( I love Mexican food enjoy!!)
