What non-meat pairings would you serve with these savory pancakes?

I roast wedges of sweet potato to serve with the pancakes. Also I used chick pea (garbanzo bean flour) instead of white for a gluten free dinner.

Oooh, throw in a poached egg and I would be in heaven.

A mild fish (if it doesn't have to be vegetarian) would be nice - a Tilapia or sole.
I like Kristen's simple salad or you could also grill some summer vegetables. Or Greek yogurt drizzled with olive oil and a sprinkle of Za'atar

I'd just do a simple salad. And wine.
