I can't cut my flounder its thawed but thick
I tried cutco knives and they didnt work at all wild caught flounder

Are you trying to cut through the bone or is the skin giving you trouble? I find that using kitchen shears works for projects like this.

Trying to cut through the skin to remove skin seems tougher and thick but it's fresh caught wild flounder so that might be why
