I make egg breakfast casseroles often
ahead and freeze raw .Defrost and bake !

I've never tried, but raw egg whites freeze very nicely if that can help you at all.

Nope...just buy fresh eggs. Don't freeze anything that you can buy fresh...why?

No ... Never a good idea. There's too much water content. Make something using the eggs. , and maybe take from there!
